You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have the permission of a parent or guardian. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5. Repair Services and Warranties

All repair services are subject to our standard 90-day limited warranty, covering defects in parts and workmanship. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by the user after the repair
• Water or liquid damage occurring after the repair
• Physical damage or drops occurring after the repair
• Software issues unrelated to our hardware repairs
• Additional damage discovered during the repair process that was not part of the original repair scope

Pricing for repair services is as posted on our website or provided in our physical locations and is subject to change without notice.

6. Data Backup and Privacy

We strongly recommend that you back up all data before submitting your device for repair. Xydralon is not responsible for data loss that may occur during the repair process.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your device and data, we cannot guarantee the security of data on your device during the repair process.

Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use, explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from our users.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Xydralon or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to Xydralon for the specific repair service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be exclusively brought in the federal or state courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
